This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to set aside the orders dated 28th October, 2011 and 1st November, 2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Puri in I.CC. Case No.306 of 2008. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

Perused the impugned order.

Considering the facts and submissions made, so also the evidence adduced, this Court is of the view that the prayer made in this petition is without any substance. 6.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.

However, the Petitioner is at liberty to raise all the questions at the time of hearing of the case regarding veracity

// 2 // of the version with regard to the cheques were drawn to legally enforceable debt or liability of any other points or law available to him.

Since it is a year old case, the trial court shall dispose of the aforesaid case expeditiously.
