1. This writ petition is restored vide order passed today in CMAPL No.28 of 2022.
2. One of the grievances made in the present petition is the Petitioner was unable to get a certified copy of the order dated 27th January, 2007 of the Tahasildar, Soro granting RoR.
3. In the reply filed by Opposite Party No.6, it is stated that the certified copy could not be prepared for want of Court fees.
4. In the circumstances, it is directed that the Petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.250/- towards Court fees with the Tahasildar, Soro on or before 1st June, 2023. The certified copy of the order dated 27th January, 2007 in SRF Case No.17 of 2006 will be supplied to the Petitioner on or before 15th June, 2023 in which it will be open to the Petitioner thereafter challenge the said order of the Tahasildar, Soro in accordance with law in filing an appeal on or before 15th July,
2023 along with an application for condonation of delay citing the pendency of the present petition as the reason for the delay.
5. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
6. A downloaded copy of this order be produced before the Opposite Party No.6 on 1st June, 2023 for compliance.
