1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the authorities naming the persons, who have allegedly violated the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation Regulations and after following up on such representation, if any cause of action survives, to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in the above terms. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
