Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that in the event pleadings involving the suit involved herein is completed, the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Konark is directed to make all endeavour for disposal of Civil Suit No.86 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. It be observed in the event there is no completion of pleading involving any defendants already noticed, such defendants, if permissible may be directed to complete their pleading at least within a period of fifteen days from the date of production of citified copy of this order also.
