In view of the decision dated 10th April, 2019 of this Court in STREV No.68 of 2004 (Executive Engineer, Ganjam North Electrical Division, Berhampur v. State of Orissa), the impugned order of the Tribunal dated 4th August, 2008 passed in S.A. No.457 of 2001-2002 is set aside and the revision petition is allowed as prayed for.
