2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to the Opposite Party No.1 to execute the order dated 15.01.2014 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in ICC Case No.4739 of 2013.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2014. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.
