Considering the submissions made by the parties and without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto. It is, at this stage, keeping in view the allegation made by the Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event construction work of the water tank in question has not been commenced as yet, the same shall not be constructed for a period of two months and within which period the grievance/representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5 shall be considered and disposed of. 2.
