Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner had moved the petition on 28th January, 2022. In order dated 28th January, 2022, inter alia, following was said. "Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client lodged complaint regarding cheating to the local P.S. on 7th December, 2021. The complaint was not registered as FIR. He forwarded the complaint to the Superintendent of Police. Still, no action and hence the writ petition."

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, he has received instructions. Police case was registered as Tigiria P.S. case no.22 dated 29th January, 2022 under sections 341, 294, 354, 323, 379 and 506 of IPC.
