Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, he had moved the petition on 28th January, 2022. In order dated 28th January, 2022, inter alia, following was said.
"Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client lodged complaint, inter alia, under section 379 IPC. The complaint was made on 7th January, 2022. The local police did not register the complaint. His client forwarded the complaint to Deputy Commissioner of Police."
