This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to consider her application for compassionate appointment under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme.

3. As it appears, the petitioner has made grievance by way of filing representation before the Superintendent of Police, Excise Department, Koraput for compassionate appointment, which is not prescribed form.

4. In view of such position, this Court directs the petitioner to file the prescribed form for compassionate appointment before the Superintendent, Excise, Korapur. In the event the petitioner files such application within a period of 15 days from today along with the order of this Court, the Superintendent, Excise, Koraput shall consider and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application.

5. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
