Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department and Mr. S.P. Swain, learned counsel for opposite party no.1.

Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department states that vide order dated 06.05.2022, this Court directed to list this matter along with W.P.(C) No. 3715 of 2019. But W.P.(C) No. 3715 of 2019 has already been dismissed vide order dated 04.08.2022.

It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 3715 of 2019, which was dismissed on 04.08.2022.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 04.08.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3715 of 2019, this Writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the said order.
