1. The principal amount due itself is Rs.2,20,000/- and there has been a stay in favour of the Petitioner for over nine years now. Yet, the Petitioner is not willing to make the payment even of the principal sum forthwith and is seeking four months time to make that payment. This does not seem to be a reasonable request as far as the Court is concerned.

2. The challenge in the present petition is to a notice issued to the Petitioner of sale by Opposite Party No.4 of the property in question mortgaged in its favour by the Petitioner who had borrowed the loan from it.

3. With there being no reasonable basis made out by the Petitioner for interference with the said notice, the Court is not inclined to accede to the prayers in the petition.
