This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

On the last occasion, i.e. on 14th February, 2020, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

It appears that this Court while issuing notice in the matter vide order dated 30th January, 2009 in Misc. Case No. 11 of 2009 directed stay of execution of D.W./N.B.W. issued against the Petitioner in Criminal Proceeding (Execution) Case No.15 of 2006 subject to deposit of Rs.15,000/- within fifteen days from that date before learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack. But thereafter no step was taken by the Petitioner to get the matter listed.

In view of the above, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the RPFAM.

Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed for nonprosecution. (K.R. Mohapatra) bks Judge
