This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. Heard Mr. A.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of transfer dated 07.12.2021 under Annexure-2.

4. As it appears, opposite party no.2-Director of Elementary Education, Khurda has recommended the case of the petitioner to opposite party no.4-D.E.O., Cuttack vide Annexure-5 dated 21.12.2021 with regard to his illegal transfer. It is contended that the same is still pending for consideration and direction may be issued to consider the same.

5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite

party no.4 to act upon the recommendation made by opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-5 dated 21.12.2021 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of this order.

6. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
