Mr. J.R. Behera, learned counsel for opposite party no.1 stated that in the meantime the main Original Application has been disposed of on 16.02.2018.

Since the petitioners have filed this writ petition against the interim order dated 05.09.2014 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.260/00659 of 2014 and in the meantime, the main Original Application has been disposed of on 16.02.2018, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. 4.
