This Misc. Case is filed by Opposite party No.1 to recall the order dated 21.04.2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No.26196 of 2013 by waiving imposition of cost i.e. an amount of Rs.1000/-.

Considering the recitals in the Misc Case, this Court does not find any merit in the same.

The M.C. accordingly stands rejected.
