1. The short ground on which the Petitioners challenge the Order No.

impugned order dated 21st September, 1987 passed by the Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Bhubaneswar in Lease Revision Case No.619 of 1987 is that they are the earlier purchasers from the original lessee and the impugned order cancelling the lease has been passed without issuing notice to them.

2. On that short ground, the impugned order is set aside and the Lease Revision Case No.619 of 1987 is restored to the file of ADM, Bhubaneswar and will be listed there for directions on 22nd August 2022, on which date the Petitioners will remain present before the ADM together with the certified copy of this order. The ADM is requested to proceed with the case in

accordance with law after hearing the parties and pass a reasoned order disposing it of within a period of four months thereafter.
