For the nature of dispute involved herein and looking to the permission vide Annexure-3, this Court finds, the permission was valid for three months. This Court, therefore, finds, cause of action in the writ petition appears to be not surviving at present. However since the Writ Petition involves an important question, the same is kept open and to be decided in appropriate proceeding.
