This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 19.08.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Balasore in Misc. Case No.221 of 2010 arising out of ICC No.300 of 2002.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

Since the case is of the year 2010, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
