1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. 2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education bringing to the notice of the letter No.604 dated 14.03.2022 issued by the opposite party no.3- District Education Officer, Khurda submits that the petitioner's regular salary from June, 2019 has been duly sanctioned awaiting funds. The same be kept on record.

4. In view of such facts submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education on the basis of the aforementioned letter, this Court hope and trust that the regular salary from June, 2019 of the petitioner shall be released by the Department within a period of four weeks of sanction of funds by the opposite party no.2- Director of Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar. If the petitioner does not receive her aforesaid salary within the stipulated period, she is at liberty to approach this Court.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
