Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-petitioners contended that the cause of action does not survive for the State-petitioners in view of regularization of service of the opposite party w.e.f 19.11.2013. To that extent he has filed the letter dated 27.12.2021 issued by the Divisional Forest Officer, Ghumsur South Division, Bhanjanagar, Ganjam. The same be kept on record.
