It is stated by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner that though the tender period has already been over, but the petitioner claims for refund of his security amount as has been deposited by him.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in terms of the agreement/DTCN as applicable to him. In the event, such an application is made, the authority concern shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
