This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

I.A. No.2146 of 2022 has been filed for amendment of the writ petition.

In course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that interest of justice will be best served, if liberty is given to the Petitioners to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars. Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty as aforesaid.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Consequently, the I.A. is disposed of. 5.
Certified copy of the order passed in R.P. Case No. 2239 of 1993, which has been annexed to the I.A., shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioners on substitution of photocopy thereof.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
