1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard B.K. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant and Mr.A.S. Nandy, learned counsel appearing for the ClaimantRespondent Nos.1 to 4.

3. This I.A. has been filed seeking substitution of the deceasedRespondent No.1.

4. Since the appeal has been disposed of by this Court vide order dtd.11.05.2022, this Court permits the Claimants-Respondents to bring to the notice of the Tribunal about the death of Respondent No.1/Claimant No.1 by filing appropriate application along with the death certificate. The Tribunal is directed to disburse the compensation amount as due to the deceased Claimant -Respondent No.1 in favour of his legal heirs on proper identification.

5. Accordingly, the I.A stands disposed of.
