1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 1st November, 2021 in connection with Aul P.S. Case No.258/2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.463(A) of 2014 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Aul for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 395 of Indian Penal Code.

4. It is alleged that the Petitioner in association with some other persons being armed with weapons committed theft of gold chain and ear ring of the daughter-in-law of the informant. Charge sheet was submitted showing the Petitioner as an absconder and the similarly placed accused person namely, Muna Das has been granted bail by this Court as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No.8680/2021.
5. Considering the submissions as above, the materials on record, the period of detention of the Petitioner in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the court below personally on each date of posting of the case without fail and in case of any single default, the said court shall pass appropriate orders to take him to custody again.
6. The BLAPL is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
