Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if the pleadings in R.P. Case No.659/2006 are already completed and if the Petitioner submits an application before the competent authority for expeditious disposal of the R.P. Case No.659/2006, the competent authority shall do well in expediting the hearing of the R.P. Case No.659/2006 and disposing of the same involving all the parties concerned, within a period of four months from the date of filing of the application.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as
