1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode. Order No.

2. The petitioners in the present writ petition, who are retired Physical Education Teachers working in different Government High Schools, are the applicants in O.A. No.725 of 2018 which was filed before the erstwhile Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. It is further stated that after issuance of the letter No.19863/SME dated 21.10.2021 by the Department of School and Mass Education, Govt. of Odisha, the grievances of the petitioners have been redressed.

In the present writ petition, the petitioners have made a prayer for withdrawal of the original application which stands transferred to this Court by virtue of judgment dated 07.06.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 13789 of 2019 (O.A.T. Bar Association, Cuttack vrs. Union of India & others) and batch.

4. The aforementioned O.A. No.725 of 2018 filed before the OAT, Bhubaneswar is dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for by the applicants/petitioners.
