Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the file is not traceable and therefore, the matter may be adjourned. 2.

Instead, CRLMC stands disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to revive it as and when he is able to trace out the file considering the fact that the matter is of the year 2013 and therefore, the Court is not willing to keep it alive any further. 3.
