1. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that prior to the impugned order dated 30th June, 2003 passed by the Addl. Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar in W.L. Case No.1421 of 1974 no notice was issued to the Petitioner although he had already purchased the land in question from the original lessor by registered sale deed dated 30th May, 1995.

2. On that short ground the impugned order is hereby set aside. The said W.L. Case No.1421 of 1974 now will be listed before the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar on 26th September, 2022, on which date, the Petitioner will appear along with a downloaded copy of this order. after hearing the Petitioner, the Tahasildar will proceed to dispose of the said case in accordance with law within a period of four months thereafter.

3. Till such time, status quo shall be maintained vis-à-vis the land in question.
