This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.70 of 2019 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.31 of 2019 on the file of learned ADJ-cum-Special Judge, (Vigilance), Sundargarh running for alleged commission of offence under 409/420/468/120-B of the IPC read with section13(2) and section-13(1)(c) of the P.C. Act has filed this application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for their release on bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard Mr. P.K. Mohapatra, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. M.S. Rizvi, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the Vigilance.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials as placed; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners; it is

// 2 // directed that in the event, the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with the above mentioned case within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Court in seisin of the case with the further conditions that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation as and when required; and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

Violation of the condition(s) would entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
