1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the portion of the award that directed reinstatement of the Petitioner along with back wages is still not being implemented. There is already 2 (C) C.C. Case No.8 of 2006 pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Jeypore. A direction is accordingly issued that the said case be disposed of expeditiously and in any event within a period of six months from today.
