1. Since an application has already been filed by the Petitioner to club both the complaint case as well as the FIR, there is no need for this Court to interfere at this stage in the present matter.
2. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of. It will be open to the Petitioner to follow up the above application in accordance with law. The interim orders dated 27th April 2017 and 7th July 2017 passed in the present application stand vacated.
The Superintendent of the concerned Branch to immediately communicate this order to the concerned subordinate court. LCR, if any, be returned forthwith.
