Heard petitioner-Mr. Priyadarasan Pradhan in person. 3.

Perused the record. Though the petitioner's grievance that his application vide Grievance ID No.DMAFF/E/2020/01292 dated 15.08.2020 with regard to formulation of Statutory Recruitment Rules is under examination, he has prayed for direction to the opposite parties to frame Rules considering his grievance. 4.

This Court is not inclined to issue such direction at this stage. However, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
