This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the period of contract has already been over and the petitioner claims for balance amount of Rs.6,92,435/- (Rupees six lakhs ninety two thousand four hundred thirty five) towards escalation cost, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter, as the claims are admissible in terms of the agreement/DTCN, 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of agreement/DTCN, if he so advised.
