2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the opposite party to cancel the fine and allow his vehicle to ply on the road without any hindrance.

3. Heard.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction that if the Petitioner appears before the authority concerned and files a representation ventilating his grievances within twenty days from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the said authority within one month thereafter in accordance with law.

5. As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-10 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a
