1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is Order No.

now in a position to pay the premium amount and he is ready to deposit straightway with the Government.

2. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The interim order passed earlier is vacated.

3. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any view on the claim of the Petitioner.
