1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly states that most of the directions and recommendations of the Justice P.K. Mohanty Committee have been implemented. Further, during the pendency of the present petition, a lot of developmental activities have taken place in and around the Sri Jagannath Temple at Puri.
