1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard Mr. S.B.Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner, and Mr. B.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

Mr. Mohanty submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 29th June, 2022 the discrepancies in the marks awarded to the Petitioner have since been reconciled and her marks have been revised accordingly by enhancing 16 marks. Necessary revised mark sheet has also been issued by the Board and forwarded to the Headmaster of Umamani Uchha Bidyapitha at Mohammadabad in the district of Balasore. Mr.
// 2 // Mohanty also furnishes a copy of the mark sheet as also the letter dated 19th July, 2022 of the Headmaster of the said School which contains an endorsement regarding receipt of the mark sheet of the Petitioner by a Peon of the said School, who was duly authorized for the same.
4. In view of such developments, nothing further remains to be decided in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to appear before the Headmaster of Umamani Uchha Bidyapitha at Mohammadabad to receive the revised mark sheet. In the event, the Petitioner approaches the Headmaster, the revised mark sheet as provided by the Board shall be handed over to her without any further delay and in any event, not later than a week from the date she appears before the Headmaster.
5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
