1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that at the instance of Opposite Party No.6, W.P.(C) No.20139 of 2010 was filed in this Court challenging the very same impugned order and by an order dated 2nd September, 2013, this Court allowed the said writ petition and set aside the impugned order.

2. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition since the above order covers the prayer.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in the above terms.
