1. Although in the impugned order dated 1st September 2012, the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kodala has stated that he has no power to transfer the G.R. Case No.100 of 2001 to the Court of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kodala to be heard with ST Case No.6 of 2010, the High Court can certainly direct such transfer under Section 407 Cr.P.C.

2. Consequently, it is directed that G.R. Case No.100 of 2001 pending in the Court of JMFC, Kodala will be heard along with along with ST Case No.6 of 2010 in the Court of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kodala. The impugned order is accordingly modified to the above extent. The interim order passed by this Court on 21st December 2012 is hereby vacated. Copy of this order be sent forthwith to the concerned Court.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
