1. Perused the application for modification of order dated 20th July, 2022.

2. It appears that in the 4th line of 3rd para of the aforementioned order, the revision petition has wrongly been mentioned as 'Revision Petition No.4812 of 2003' instead of 'Revision Petition No.4312 of 2003'. Accordingly, it is clarified that Revision Petition No.4812 of 2003 be read as 'Revision Petition No.4312 of 2003'. The rest part of the said order shall remain unaltered.

3. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
