This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Lanjigarh P.S. Case No.30 of 2014 corresponding to C.T. Case No.276 of 2014 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna.

It is submitted that the charge sheet in the aforesaid case has been filed and cognizance has been taken in the meantime.

Hence, this CRLMC stands disposed of.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioners to file a better application, if so advised.

6.

Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
