Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this Criminal Misc. Case and, as such, she may be permitted to withdraw the same. To that effect, a memo dated 25th April, 2022 has been filed.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed as being withdrawn. 5.

Interim order dated 20th December, 2012 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.2554 of 2012 stands vacated. 6.
