The Petitioner approached this Court under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 18th April, 2016 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Digapahandi in 1.C.C. No.2 of 2016 for the alleged offence under Section 341/294/323/506 of I.P.C.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Prasanta Kumar Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has no instructions in this matter.
