1. It appears that Mr. Pujari whose appearance was not accepted by the Labour Court has expired. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that another Form-G will be filed in the Labour Court, Sambalpur. The Industrial Case No. 92 of 2002 be listed before the Labour Court, Sambalpur on 21st March, 2022 for directions.
