withdraw the petition with liberty to urge all objections raised here before the trial Court at the appropriate stage.

2. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
