Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that in the event application for targeting the R.P.Case No.1455 of 2016 is filed, the Commissioner Land Records & Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack shall do well in considering such application keeping in view the age of the petitioner and expedite the trial of the proceeding by disposing the same at least within a period of six months from the date of filing of such application along with an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
