It is appears, service of notice on the Opposite Parties have not been made sufficient as yet. Almost sixteen years have already passed in the meantime. Learned counsel for the Petitioner blames High Court for not listing of the matter. This Court is of the view that the Counsel for the Petitioner has also the responsibility to find out; whether service of notice remains sufficient or not after filing of requisites and a party after sixteen years cannot be forced to contest with the litigation. This Court, therefore, is not inclined to keep this matter pending any further.
