CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE R. K. PATTANAIK
ORDER
19.04.2022 23.
1. During the pendency of the present writ petition, W.P.(C) Order No.
No.39035 of 2021 was filed by the same Petitioner against the Tata Power Central Odisha Distribution Ltd. (TPCODL) for an interim arrangement of reconnection pending the passing by the TPCODL of a reasoned order on the outstanding dues against the Petitioner.
2. Pursuant to the order dated 20th December, 2021 in the above petition, the Petitioner has received the reconnection. However, as per the said order, a reasoned order had to be passed in accordance with law and the scheme of the TPCODL within a period of four months. Learned counsel appearing for the TPCODL states that the said order would be passed very soon.
3. It would be open to the Petitioner to advance all its submissions in the above pending proceedings, which would be taken into account at the time of passing the reasoned order. If aggrieved by such
reasoned order, obviously it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. All the contentions raised by the Petitioner in the present petition are therefore left open to be urged at the appropriate stage.
4. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
5. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (R. K. Pattanaik) Judge M. Panda
