This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the criminal proceeding initiated against them vide Criminal Trial No.1517 of 2011 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda. 3.

Heard.

It is stated that now the Government is taken over the Petitioners' factory and the same is running and also talks are going to compromise the matter.

If that be so, the Petitioners may approach the court below to refer the matter to Lok Adalat and in that event, the court shall do the needful in accordance with law. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this CRLMC stands disposed of.
